Not enough room to comment! Arrived Thurs night for 5 nights.First night toilet wouldnt flush had to be plunged. Host says 24/7 support. Only got voicemail. Listed as a studio, but they don't tell you its only 99 sq ft. Thats 9x11 And when the king bed is pulled out there is 1 ft around the entire bed to walk and it blocks the door. No where to sit unless you remake the pull out,which is heavy and exhausting. Had a hotplate to cook but no pans, and to use it you have to completely clear off the counter, but there's no place to put anything except the floor but then you can't walk. Pics online make the room appear way bigger. Would suffice for single person. Mgmt was very rude and unhelpful. They will respond here that we refused help and that there were pans , etc ( all verifiably untrue). We made more calls, and texts ( I have the texts and videos. Fri the maintenance kid showed up but had no tools. Toilet never got fixed our entire trip. Videoed again when we left today. Check out their other reviews.They seem to have several names for their cabins. PRAIRIE SKIES, HILLSIDE COUNTRY CABIN, and BLACK HILLS BUNGALOWS. We had activities prepaid that we couldn't do together because one of us wanted to see the plumber. Never saw him and mgmt refused to give us their contact info.so we could verify their work. They said Sun they found the problem with their septic and that it was fixed , immediately took video ..wasn't fixed. Taking to small claims to get our refund.
