Nice location. Close to everything.

Hot water is an amenity! Positive: Very pretty, clean and a nice concept. Negative: The cabin was severely lacking hot water, which ran out just 10 minutes after we got in the shower. With only three of us, it was a struggle to justify the effort, so needless to say, we didn’t even shower the entire 5-night, 6-day stay. It’s hard to imagine how six people could possibly stay together in such a cramped space. The cabin also had a large table with six chairs crammed into a tiny area, making it impossible to move around comfortably. The bed was too hard, and the pillows were too fluffy and hard, causing back pain. The concept of the cabin was good, but it was impossible to fit everything in such a small, cute little cabin. Another minor issue was the advertising photo, which showed big, luxurious bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and so on. In reality, the cabins had small bar soap and several tiny travel-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The cabins were all stacked on top of each other, with no privacy fence for the hot tubs or anything else. They were probably only 20 feet apart, so everyone could see what everyone else was doing in the hot tub. There was no privacy at all, and a simple solution would have been to put up a cheap privacy fence on one side of the hot tub. One more thing, while my husband was waiting for us to get ready for the morning, he noticed the housekeeping staff entering the cabin and collecting all the dirty laundry. They then inspected the grill and the hot tub, closed them, and left. I hope there was something more to that after we left, like a chemical check of the hot tub. To say the least, we were very disappointed with the price we paid for this experience.

Great place!! The hot tub and firepit was a great addition. It was located at a convenient spot as well. Close to Keystone and just close enough to Rapid City. All in all it was a great unit that helped us have a great 4th of July

No Wi-Fi, TV. Cold hot tub. Chlorine rash/burn.There was no Wi-Fi or TV available for the duration of our stay. We were sent the Wi-Fi password tje day before we arrived. We couldn’t get it to work upon arrival, so we sent a message confirming the password. They confirmed it was accurate. Only then when we told them that it wasn’t working did they disclose it was a known resort-wide problem they were working on. Our cellular provider did not get service in this remote area.Next, when we tried to go in the hot tub the morning after arrival, it was not powered on and was 55 degrees. The host told us to give it a few hours to warm up. It was up to 98 degrees 12 hours later and still six degrees less than set point. Then, two days after being in the hot tub myself and my two daughters were all diagnosed with chlorine rash/burn. I have over 50 red spots throughout my trunk. The host assured me the chlorine levels were appropriate, but we swim on a weekly basis and have never reacted like this.
